Since the prohibition against burning straw in the open field and the oil crisis in the 1970’s in Denmark, biofuel has achieved a positive environmental status and also a price that makes it interesting to use for heating purposes. The growing envirionmental and commercial focus on biomass fuels throughout the latest decades has made Danish technology one of the leaders within the field of combusting particulated biomass fuel.

Through Dan Trim's technological cooperation partners in Denmark, they have been known ever since the company was founded to be right in front when developping high efficiency heating plants and heating concepts, using practically any kind of biomass fuel.

Dan Trim burners

The Dan Trim plants are designed for automatic efficient combustion of any kind of particulated biological fuel, and differ from other known systems by the patented water-cooled burnerhead. Moreover, their plants may be connected to most existing boilers.

The Dan Trim ApS production programme is divided into 3 main sections covering from 10 to 2000 kWs W

  • The Villamatic: a small compact automatic heating plant for heating private homes.
    Capacity range: 10-25 kWs.
  • The Minimatic: a strong model with 5 different burnerheads covering the capacity range of 20-150 kWs, depending on the fuel kcal-content.
  • The Indumatic: their industry burner in different models covering the capacity range of 75-2000 kWs, depending on the type of biomass fuel.
