Norwegian Solar Energy Society

The Norwegian Solar Energy Society promotes the use of solar energy in Norway through education, research, technology development and marketing.

 

The Norwegian Solar Energy Society was founded in 1981 and has currently about 110 members. The society actively advocates the political actions necessary to make renewable energy sources (non-hydropower) competitive on the national energy market. The Norwegian Solar Energy Society, ISES Norway, is a national section of the International Solar Energy Society.
