Danish Wind Industry Association

The Danish Wind Industry Association (DWIA) is a non-profit association whose purpose is to promote wind energy both in Denmark and abroad.

 

The association was founded in 1981. DWIA today represents 99.9 per cent of Danish wind turbine manufacturing measured in MW and more than 200 companies with activities in the Danish wind industry.

The organization publish information about wind energy. Printed publications include the annual report. DWIA is also engaged in advocacy.

The association is a member of the European Wind Energy Association, EWEA.
